If you are looking for a way to celebrate your loved ones, please consider purchasing a TES commemorative plaque that will be placed on the back of one of our synagogue chairs. The price for each plaque is just $36.00

Plaques can be dedicated for a Yahrzeit of a loved one who has passed away, to celebrate a bat or bar mitzvah, the birth of a child or any other lifecycle events. 

This will be an ongoing offering at Temple Emek Shalom.

• The plaque size is 3.5" x 1".  
• Gold border, black background, and gold type.
• There isn’t a limit to the number of characters that can be on each plaque. The printing company makes the type size smaller to fit the amount of text. Please see the examples below to get an idea of how the plaques will look with varying text.

Your plaque will be ready in about 3 weeks after placing the order. Here is how the process will work:

1. Sara Wolfson, TES Office Manager, will send you the proof via email when she receives it from the printing company
2. Please read the proof carefully.
3. You’ll need to respond to the email that the proof is correct or what changes need to be made.
4. When approval of the proof has been received, we can proceed to have the plaque made.  If corrections need to be made, include in the email specifics that need to be changed.
5. When the plaque is ready, TES will install the plaque on one of our synagogue chairs and will let you know when you can come by and see it.
