Adding Names to be Read at Yizkor 2025

Shalom,

Every year on Yom Kippur afternoon, our holiest day on the Jewish calendar, we read the names of our loved ones who are no longer with us. Please complete the following form to add any names you would like to be read. (Even if you have given names in the past, please do so again this year as we strive to update this list).

The deadline for submissions is September 23, 2025. Any names submitted after this date are not guaranteed to be read this year, but we will do our best.


A tradition in Judaism is to honor our loved ones of blessed memory through G'milut Chasadim (deeds of loving kindness) and giving Tzedakah (donations). Please consider making a donation to Temple Emek Shalom this year to honor them in this way.
